If i want to have sex 3x week, does it mean he has to take viagra 3x a week?

I’m 35 and used to be sexually active until i married my husband. In the Philippines, doing it 3x a week for one month would cost me half of my monthly salary! I’m afraid he would be dependent on viagra and totally lose hope of achieving “it” naturally.

Chosen Answer:

Sometimes a man doesn’t have to take the whole pill – maybe he can cut them in half and still do OK. Also, after a few times with the pill, he will have enough confidence to go without it. Sometimes impotence is mostly psychological and once you husband has sex a few times he will regain his confidence. Good Luck.

Why does medical insurance pay for Viagra?

but deny a woman an abortion..
Since unwanted pregnancies are a problem, why exacerbate it by making it possible for more men to have sex and at a later time in his life?

Encourage more men to have sex, increasing the number of unwanted pregnancies. Then deny abortions. You can argue abortions are immoral, but so is sex for the unmarried.

Chosen Answer:

A lot of people have a moral issue with abortion but not with erections assisted by medication.

EDIT: Your additional details remind me of a very funny Margaret Cho quote;

“He [Bush] blocked the availability of morning after pills, over the counter, stating that it would promote promiscuity … so? I never had any access to morning after pills and that did not stop me from f*cking my way through the U.S.A. like I was Lewis and Clark.

And if the issue is promiscuity, then why is Viagra everywhere? Doesn’t it make more sense to leave the bullets out of the gun than to just try to avoid being shot?”

Are there any cures for erectile dysfunction besides viagra?

I cant take viagra because im taking Catepres. are there any other cures for E.D.? My doctor didnt help me and i was thinking of going to an E.D. specialist at Boston Medical Group, but im not sure that will work. Im so depressed.

Chosen Answer:

I use injection therapy, either Caverject or Edex, they both produce an erection that can last up to four hours making it possible for a man to experience multiple orgasms without losing the erection. There is also Muse, a small pill like item they is placed in the opening of the urethra in the penis and it too will produce a solid erection. Other than that, there is also the vacuum pump that can be used along with a c-o-c-k ring to produce an erection. Only other option is surgery and implants.

Question for females who have tried Viagra ?

Just wondering if it had any effect on you and if so, what?
And if you took it for sexual dysfunction or for other reasons.

Chosen Answer:

My girlfriend took it for the excitment of it. She didn’t like it because she would feel very restless even after she received her fill of sex.

If you don’t require Viagra, how will it affect the body?

I am very curious how Viagra affects guys (say they are in their mid 20s) who do not need it to get hard. Also, I am curious what would be the dose for those who decide to take it even though they don’t need it, but just want to enhance/prolong/etc sex.

Chosen Answer:

you would likely get a painful erection and run the risk of having an erection lasting too long which requires medical treatment or damage can occur to your penis.

Can a man who is paralyzed from the waist down get an erection with the aid of Viagra?

If so can they get someone pregnant?

Chosen Answer:

Probably not. Viagra does nothing more than constrict the blood vessels in the penis, which makes the blood drain out slower, thereby keeping an erection going for a longer time. However, if the muscles of the penis are paralyzed, then it’s highly unlikely that he’ll get an erection. But yes, he can get someone pregnant. Sperm production in the testicles shouldn’t be affected by paralysis. I guess you could somehow extract the sperm from the testicles if there’s no other way of getting them out.

It all depends on what nerves are afflicted by the paralysis and on what level of the spinal cord the damage is. Some people are still able to have an erection, while others don’t.
